We offer a range of photography services including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, product photography, and commercial photography. The specific services provided will be outlined in our agreement with you or as specified on the Website.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings for photography services are subject to availability. To secure a booking, a deposit may be required, the amount of which will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment deadlines, will be outlined in our agreement with you. Payments can be made via the methods specified -Account Transfer, UPI, Cheque, Cash or as agreed upon between you and us.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling of photography sessions must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in our agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation or rescheduling.
4. Copyright and Usage
All photographs taken by us remain the property of BlackLens Studio and are protected by copyright law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal or promotional purposes as outlined in our agreement. The photographs may not be altered, sold, or distributed without our prior written consent.
Images or Videos can be used over social media for marketing and business growth.
Raw image files contain unprocessed data captured directly by the camera sensor. They require specialized software and expertise to convert into a viewable image. So we share only .png, .jpg or tiff formats to clients only.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding your photography requirements. You agree to cooperate with us and follow any instructions or guidelines provided during photography sessions.
6. Client Deliverables
Upon completion of a photography session, we provide clients with a curated selection of edited images that best represent the essence and highlights of the event or subject. These images undergo professional editing to optimize color, contrast, composition, and overall visual impact.
7. Client Collaboration
We value open communication and collaboration with our clients throughout the photography process. We encourage clients to share their preferences, feedback, and specific editing requests to ensure that the final images align with their vision and expectations.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality photographs and services, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. In no event shall BlackLens Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or the Website.
